SCS Recruitment
CS Resourcing has been commissioned by the HR Board to work up a proposition to support SCS Recruitment across Departments. Options are being developed by April and it is envisaged the new service could be up and running by the end of the year.
Centrally led and managed, will integrate and leverage the resources currently servicing the Big 5 departments.
Strategic drivers: deliver high quality candidates expert process for stakeholders including Civil Service Commissioners embed talent and leadership strategy coherent approach to the market for Departments and Professions 5
