SCS Recruitment

 CS Resourcing has been commissioned by the HR Board to work up a proposition to support SCS Recruitment across Departments.  Options are being developed by April and it is envisaged the new service could be up and running by the end of the year.

 Centrally led and managed, will integrate and leverage the resources currently servicing the Big 5 departments.

 Strategic drivers:   deliver high quality candidates expert process for stakeholders including Civil Service Commissioners   embed talent and leadership strategy coherent approach to the market for Departments and Professions 5
