Consistent use of available resources/personnel

CEI Lab Managers will assist with reading intervention using My Reading Coach - (Tier II – K-2 nd Grade); intervention provided

Mon.- Fri., on a six period schedule Campus Reading Interventionists (Tier II – 3 rd /4 th /5 th Grade); intervention provided Mon.-Thurs., on a six period schedule

~ Friday will be used to assist teachers with progress monitoring, assessment and acquiring of data Instructional Specialists will concentrate their efforts in the areas of Math and Science ~ assistance will be provided to the other content areas as needed; Instructional Specialists will be assigned an accountability group during tutorial time

K-2 nd (TPRI/Tejas LEE, PRE, MID, POST, CBAs and on-going progress monitoring) 3 rd (PRE – TAKS released test for baseline, CBAs and on-going progress monitoring)

4 th -5 th CBAs and on-going progress monitoring ~ PRE, MID and POST Benchmarks will be campus based as deemed necessary ~ CBAs will be administered every six-weeks and will be curriculum based as per CScope YAG Bundles (SEs)
