Always dial the number prefixed with 00 or +
[even if you are calling within a country] i.e. 00<country code><destination number>
Example: Dial 00919320093200 or +919320093200 to call an India number

After dialing the number if you see any message like “call not allowed”,
“Number busy” – ignore the message
Wait for phone to ring. Answer the call that you receive on your phone
After receiving the call, you will hear the ringing tone for the called number.
