1) VOCs ABATEMENT SYSTEM
A. PROCESS DESCRIPTION
VOCs Abatement System is suitable for treating low concentration & high flow rate. This
system consists of Condenser & Vaporizer developed by sending SungJin Engjineering.
First, Vaporizer treat chemical substances that have a bad effect on Condenser.
Second, concentrated chemical substance is purged by fresh air. Finally, Oxidizer
burns concentrated chemical substances by sending purged chemical substances to
oxidizer. Also, This system recycles heat and saves energy.

2) PFC TREATMENT SYSTEM
A. PROCESS DESCRIPTION
PFC Treatment System is the way of catalyst and suitable low flow rate & high concentration(50~5000L/min, 5000~10000ppm).
The merits of this system are incineration temperature of 750℃ and make it also reduces pollution. Finally, heat made by
incineration is recycled and this PFC system saves energy required for the operation.

3) ODOR TREATMENT SYSTEM
A. PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Odor Treatment System treats odor gas made by waste water and reuses water from production process with clean gas.
Our company applies each system in order to remove odor by using absorption, adhesion and incineration processes.

4) Scrubber / Activated Carbon Tower System
A. PROCESS DESCRIPTION
- Wet Scrubber(SUS304, FRP, SS400)
Wet scrubber is more effective for treating acid, alkali, toxic, odor and high
volume than biochemical process. Also, operation cost of wet scrubber is
cheaper than biochemical process. Wet scrubber made of FRP and SUS304 have
durability and corrosion resistance and is easy to make molding with each
volume.
- Activated Carbon Tower(SUS304, SS400)
Activated carbon tower attach process gas to activated carbon and process
substance is treated with clean gas. This system is good for recovering organic
solvent. Also, this system can apply low concentration optionally and be widely
used to environment protection facility.
