STEP 3: ADD TO CART – PROCEED TO
CHECKOUT
STEP 4: LOGIN USING VALID LIBRARY CARD
CHOOSE ARROWHEAD LIBRARY SYSTEM WITH BARCODE BEGINNING WITH 22510
CHOOSE DULUTH WITH 21256
STEP 5: CONFIRM CHECKOUT
STEP 6: DOWNLOAD BOOK

Audio books to listen to (in wma & mp3 formats)
eBooks to read (in Adobe EPUB, apple, kindle formats)
Visit the digital catalog website at:

Select Download Overdrive Media Console
Install Overdrive Media Console software
Login using your valid library card:
[Choose Arrowhead Library System for library cards beginning with 22510 OR
choose Duluth Public Library for library card numbers beginning in 21256 ]
Search Digital Media: www.arrowhead.lib.overdrive.com

Optional: Limit search (drop down menu) by format, by showing titles with copies available, etc.
Choose title to check out – limit 10 checked out
Add title to cart (check to see availability, if it is at 0, then place a hold to reserve or add to wish list)
Optional: Select Continue Browsing
Select Proceed to Check Out
Select Confirm Check Out (review, confirm selections, change lending period before proceeding)
Select Download to transfer book to compatible portable device or computer
Expired books may still appear on your device but a message will appear: “The lending period for this book has expired”, delete
manually . May return books early in Overdrive Media Console: chose title, delete, return.

Select link to Download Adobe Digital Editions(ADE) Install Adobe Digital Editions Create an ADE account using an email & a password, Activate before downloading
eBooks. Books are found in Nook under “My documents” in My Library not My B&N Library.
Apple products: Create an itunes account, Download itunes app Overdrive Media Console from iTunes.
Kindle products, Create an Amazon account, download kindle app from Amazon.com.
***Downloading and activating application software is only necessary when using a new computer/device to transfer digital library books.
