ADE Documentation Requirements for PHLOTEs

Language Acquisition Department (LAD) 2013-2014

Objectives

• The participants will be able to maintain PHLOTE student documentation for ADE compliance by : – Identifying PHLOTE students – Organizing forms needed for documentation based on student ’ s status – Maintaining documentation records as an on going process

Place the student in the M ainstream program or, if requested, in Dual Language (DL).
