• You select an AT&T Convergent Bill preparation date. No change to bill dates
in originating systems
• New bill inquiry number to call for AT&T Convergent Bill questions
• Your charges are mapped to the AT&T BusinessDirect eBill account structure
• Single payment term for all AT&T Convergent Bill charges
• No separate individual account paper bill for converged accounts
• NOTE: Paper invoices are available for certain accounts
• Data on CD/DVD is available through alternate bill media options in BDeBill
• Bill messages will not be displayed on the paper bill, but will be viewable in
AT&T BusinessDirect eBill
