Civilian Efficiency Process
 AF conducted comprehensive review to ensure we
execute required reductions in strategic fashion:
 Stressed strategic solutions
 Enterprise-wide approach taking into account AF priorities
 ISR, Nuclear Enterprise, Global Mobility, Global Precision
Attack
 Find/trade space for required growth
 Determine what to stop doing or do differently
 Everything on the table for consideration
