Analog Layout with tsmc035
• It is better you understand ~wllin/cell_design/celltut.pdf
to have the basic layout skill up to chapter 4.
• Tsmc035 files for layout are
~wllin/tsmc035/Virtuoso/{display.drf,035ms.tf}
• Place the two file where you run icfb.
• You need to run Calibre DRC and LVS to make sure
layout correct. Rule files are in
~wllin/tsmc035/Calibre_DRC/CM35P5_4M.23b.pre
~wllin/tsmc035/Calibre_LVS/cali035pMM5V_2P4M.lvs
 updated on 5/18/2006 to solve pin/port not found error.
• You need to stream out layout before run “calibre –gui”
 To stream out: icfb window  file  export  stream

• In icfb window,  tools  technology file
manager  new  035ms.tf and tech lib
name
• Source /usr/mentor/cic_setup/calibre.csh
• calibre –gui
