The Al Farooq Omar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque & Centre is a gift to the UAE from the Al Habtoor Group
to raise awareness about Islamic civilization, Arabic heritage and the culture of the UAE – and to
bridge the differences between different cultures and religions.

The purpose of the Al Farooq Omar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque and
Centre is to raise awareness about Islamic civilization, Arabic
heritage and the culture of the UAE. We aim to create a bridge
between the East and West.

opened in 2011
