IF THESE INCREASES ARE THE RESULT OF
A MASSIVE SOLAR PROTON EVENT, THERE
MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN A MAJOR
GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE OR LOW
LATITUDE AURORA, ESPECIALLY IF THE
SOLAR ACTIVITY WAS ON THE WEST LIMB OF
THE SUN.
