Over the next hour we will cover the following:

1. An overview of the MyKW home page.

2. How to update your internal and external profiles for referrals and for customers.

3. MyKw.kw.com Navigation tools and tips.

1. Your agent photo should appear on left side. If it is missing, we will show you how to update this later on in today’s training.

2. My Communities are a way for agents with similar interests or areas of expertise to share ideas. These Communities can also become a great national referral network. For now all agents will show a Community called “Distressed Properties” because foreclosures and REO’s seem to be significant part of today’s market. 3. If you join the KW Luxury Homes or KW Commercial divisions, you will also have access to the KW Luxury Homes or KW Commercial communities added to your MyKW account. We will be releasing additional Communities for you to choose from within MyKW in 2011.

4. You will notice the top News Articles just to the right of your agent photo. Click on the image for the article and you will get to view the entire article.

2. Further right, you will see Featured Vendors for a list of our approved vendors at KW.

3. Below this you will see the Referral Center,. We will go into more detail on this section later on in the presentation.

Updating Your Profiles

1. Agent Profile (white pages) The Agent Search on KW.com uses the contact information from white pages. Keep in mind that updates to white pages take 24 hours to show on the KW.com Agent Search.

2. Referral Profile (Referral Center, edit referral profile) Keller Williams agents in other states might be searching for an agent in your area with “new home builder” experience and a special eco-friendly designation that can handle their referral. Be sure to add your specialties and designations on this page. Add plenty of City / Search Areas to cover your territory. If you pay a 25% referral fee, be sure to add it under the Referral Notes section.

Click “edit” to view and change your contact info.

Click “Upload Agent Photo” to browse for your image.

This box should open after the Java icon is finished loading.

1.) On the right hand side of the screen, click 'Search' in the Referral Center 2.) Select 'Edit Referral Profile' next to your picture 3.) Fill out appropriate fields on the referral and be sure to save.

Agents will then be able to search for you using the search in MyKW Referral Center.

Things to know before we begin

There is a Quick-Search Box in the top right corner. Just enter a keyword or keyword phrase. For Example, if you are ordering signs and need to match the Keller Williams colors, enter “colors”. You can use this box much like you would use a Google search. The first search result is a page (from the Marketing tab) that details the exact colors to use.

1. Home – here you can find a quick link to all KW websites including a quick link to edit your agent website. Insert a plug for Agent Website Training.

2. Education – here you can find a quick link to downloadable courses from Keller Williams University or training videos from KWConnect.

a. For example, your Team Leader recommends a class called CAMP 4:4:3 Simply go to Education, Keller Williams University, CAMP 4:4:3 and click on the Student Download button.

b. Another example, another agent in your Market Center mentions a video with tips on Facebook. Simple go to Education, KWConnect (for training videos), then in the search box type “Facebook”. The first 2 search results are part of a series called “Facebook 101”, Getting Started and Building Your Network.

1. Coaching - MAPS (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems) Coaching offers a width and breadth of skill-building, discipline-focused, high-accountability programs that are unparalleled in the real estate industry. MAPS Coaches are experts on industry best practices and Keller Williams Realty models and systems, putting us in a unique position to guide you to new heights in your career.

a. Your Team Leader will be a great resource for coaching recommendations. MAPS offers an extensive line of coaching products.

2. Marketing – here you will find everything that you need to promote your business.

a. You can select the sub-categories one at a time, or just click on Marketing tab a second time to open up the most popular links.

b. Listing Presentations is one of the most popular links. Here you will find a Keller Williams branded template that can be customized with your contact information.

c. Want to learn about Social Media? Click on the Social Media subcategory. You will find tips on everything from Facebook to Twitter.

Technology - The Technology page is your direct access to KW Technology tools such as email, agent websites, KWLS, Greensheet, Blog, ProManage, and lots of technical tips to help you manage your business.

This is a good place to manage your KW email account. You can sign up for email or reset your password. You will also notice a shortcut to the email application.

Greensheets might be the most important part of MYKW. The Online Greensheet is the web-based financial documentation for all your transactions. This helps streamline the process that helps you get paid after a closing! You will not want to miss our Greensheet Training.

Events - Here you will find a direct link to information about each of the unparalleled training and networking events hosted by the Keller Williams Realty International Service Center, including Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Masterminds, Franchise Systems Orientation and more! Check back often to see a calendar of upcoming events, registration information, hotel availability and early bird news.

1. Favorites – During this presentation, did you notice something that you would like to add a shortcut to from your Favorites folder? As an example, go to Marketing > Listing Presentations. Now click on Favorites. Click Add. Close Favorites. Just click on Favorites whenever you need to access the Listing Presentations.

2. Reports – just clicking on the Reports tab you will see an attractive Snapshot view of your recent production. On the left menu, you will see links to more detailed reporting. Some of the most popular reports will be found under the Production folder. Keep in mind that there is some lag time between listings and sales reported to your Market Center the production numbers that show on the reports.

3. Logout – when you are ready to exit MyKW, be sure to Log Out. If you do not logout and you are using a shared computer, there is a risk of your personal information being accessed by the next user.

Favorites – Marketing > Listing Presentations. Now click on Favorites. Click Add. Close Favorites.
