Mr. Ekamol Kiriwat is an Independent Director and Chairman from March,
2008 to present. He also is an advisor to the Board of Directors of
Sahapathana Inter Holding Plc since 1996. He is Chairman of KC Property
Plc since 2005. From 2001-2004, he is a member of the Parliament. From
1997 to 2000, he is a member of The Court of Directors, Bank of Thailand.
From 1009-1995, he is a Deputy Governor of Bank of Thailand.
Mr. Chaipatr Srivisarvacha is Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
of Seamico Securities Public Company Limited (“Seamico”). He has over 25
years experience in thefinancial industry in areas from management to
equity & debt capital raising, and M&A assignments. From 1995 to 1999,
he was Head of Investment Banking for Salomon Smith Barney in
Thailand. Subsequently, he left to become Director and Executive Director
of Krung Thai Bank and an advisor to the Chairman of the Telephone
Organization of Thailand. Mr. Srivisarvacha co-founded CapMaxx Company
Limited (“CapMaxx”) in 1999.

Mr. Pinit Puapan is the Managing Director of KT ZMICO Securities Plc and
the Head of Investment Department of Seamico Securities Plc. He is a
member of Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Charn Issara Group
and also a member of Board of Directors of Thai Dairy Industry. With
more than 17 years of experiences in financial services, he supervises
Corporate Financial Department and Investment at KT ZMICO.
Ms Duangrat Watanapongchat now is the Deputy Managing Director and
Chief of Administrative Officer of Seamico Securities Plc since 1994. She
worked for Accounting & Finance Department at Finance Operation GCN
Finance and GCN Securities Finance and Securities in 1992-1993. She
was also a Manager of City Bank, Citicorp Finance, Diners Club
(Consumer Service Group). From 1983-1988, she was a Chief of Cost
Accounting, Chief of Budgeting & Planning at Data General (Thailand).
