What is Counselling?
• Counselling is commonly known as talking therapy.
• Gives you the space, time, and opportunity to
explore issues which you believe are imposing on
you or your life in an unhelpful way.
• The way we react as individuals to people or
situations is often governed by things that have
happened in our past as young as under five years.
They may be hampering our present working
methods or dealing with things and people.

You’ll have identified and begun to establish a
career path. But…
• What do you want to do with your lives?
• Are you able to satisfy and maintain personal
relationships?
• If not, the Counselling Corner will provide a
safe, comfortable accepting environment in
which together we will examine issues and how
to deal with them.

• Some young adults may have minor issues and
need just a little assistance to get back on
their feet and on track.
• Some may have a few serious issues that need
much more significant intervention.
• Some come to prevent problems from
occurring in the future and some come to solve
current problems and to heal from past
wounds.

• Counselling corner will provide
preventive therapy for our students
to fix problems resolving issues or
