36. Government’s powers to Cancel or
Suspend Council Resolution

i. Not passed in accordance with law
ii. In excess of the powers conferred under
the Act.

Municipality, danger to human life, health

37. Government’s Powers to remove

Willfully omits or refuses to carryout or disobeys the
provisions of the Act.or any rules issued there under
ii. Abuses his position or the powers vested in him

minimum period of 3 hours in the forenoon.
