Manage Annual Maintenance Contract & Daily Maintenance of Civil , Mechanical & Electrical / Electronics Equipments e.g. Fire / Intruder alarm System, Building Management System , Access Control , Transformer with HT & LT Panels, Diesel Generators, Lifts, Submersible Pumps , Jockey Pumps, Water Treatment Plant , Iron removal Plant, Cleaning of Underground Reservoir & Overhead Tank , Maintenance of cassette type AC and Centralized Air Conditioning System of Big Malls / Offices / Halls etc. 5. We take care of Assets and various Furniture & Fixture maintenance besides Carpentry job. 6. We carry out Exterior / Interior repair / painting and other civil works. 7. We carry out Event Management program also. 8. We carry out Fleet management & Chauffeur Services .
