Service to Zuidplein will be limited. The metro may be more
crowded, journeys may take longer and you may have to
transfer more often. Take metro line C for journeys between
De Akkers and Rotterdam city centre.

Planned work around metro station Zuidplein
The RET is working on the metro lines between Maashaven and Slinge so that you
can continue to enjoy a safe, comfortable and speedy journey. Metro services at
Zuidplein will be limited between Saturday 25 February through Sunday 5 March.
The RET will deploy shuttle buses between Maashaven, Zuidplein and Slinge.

Travel advice for passengers from Spijkenisse, Hoogvliet and
Poortugaal heading to Wilhelminaplein, Leuvehaven, Beurs
and beyond
> Please take metro line C.
> Line C will make additional trips from Monday 27 February through 3 March.
Metros will depart every five minutes until 09:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00.
These trips will run between De Akkers and De Terp. Line C will resume its regular
timetable on Saturday and Sunday.
Travel advice for bus passengers from Barendrecht to Slinge,
Zuidplein and beyond
> Please take tram line 25 between Carnisseland and Schiebroek if possible and
transfer back to the metro at Wilhelminaplein.
Shuttle bus 709
> The first and last shuttle buses will depart at the same time as the metro.
> Shuttle buses will depart every 2 minutes.
> The shuttle buses may be crowded.
> You may not bring your bicycle on a shuttle bus.
> Those travelling with a disability may use the RET 8-passenger taxi buses. The taxi
buses will depart every 10 minutes and will travel along the same route as the
shuttle buses.
