Organizzazione
Gli Adriatic Games Pesaro sono un evento sportivo organizzato dall’associazione culturale “ON STAGE” con sede legale in Via De Nicola 3, 61122 Pesaro
(PU) con la finalità di promuovere l’attività sportiva legata alla disciplina del
Crossfit. La 4^ edizione avrà luogo il 22 e 23 Luglio 2017 presso il Campo Di
Marte, zona Baia Flaminia, Pesaro.
Idoneità generale e requisiti di partecipazione
Per essere ammessi agli Adriatic Games Pesaro
i candidati dovranno:
• Aver raggiunto la maggiore età legalmente riconosciuta al
momento dell’iscrizione (18 anni)
• Accettare il regolamento e tutte le norme sullo scarico di responsabilità,
idoneità, assunzione di rischio e trattamento dei dati
personali.
• Essere pronti a mostrare, su richiesta dell’organizzazione, uno o più documenti validi e legalmente riconosciuti comprovanti nome, età e residenza legale.
Qualifica On-line e termini d’iscrizione
L’edizione 2017 ospiterà 100 team divisi nelle categorie: 60 x categoria Scaled, 30 x
categoria RX e 10 x categoria MASTER. I team saranno selezionati attraverso n° 1
WOD di qualifica on-line.
L’iscrizione per partecipare al WOD di qualifica ha un costo di 30,00 euro
(totali a team). Tutto il sistema d’iscrizione, pagamenti, qualifica e classifica sarà
coordinato dalla piattaforma www.leaderwod.com con una pagina dedicata agli
Adriatic Games Pesaro.
Le iscrizioni aprono Lunedì 20 Febbraio alle ore 12.00 e chiudono Lunedì 17
Aprile alle ore 00.00. La qualifica avrà luogo da Lunedì 27 Marzo alle ore 12.00
a Lunedì 17 Aprile alle ore 23.59
Saldo team qualificati e finale
I 100 team qualificati per accedere alla fase finale che avrà luogo a Pesaro il 22
e 23 Luglio 2017 dovranno completare una seconda fase di iscrizione tramite la
piattaforma www.leaderwod.com con un versamento di euro 150,00 (totali a
team) che daranno diritto oltre alla partecipazione alla competizione al ritiro di
un kit atleta comprendente: zainetto, magliette evento, integratori, gadget dei
nostri partner e braccialetti per area atleti.
Montepremi
Saranno premiati i primi tre team di ogni categoria con premi in denaro ed in
materiale tecnico offerto dai partner dell’evento.
I° team RX: 3000€ - 1° team Master: 1500€, 1° team Scaled: 750€.

Sistema di valutazione e classifica

• L’assegnazione dei punti dei workout si basa sul tempo più veloce o sul massimo di ripetizioni o sul massimo peso sollevato. Ogni ripetizione fallita o non
corretta effettuata, ovvero uno scostamento dallo standard di movimento
prescritto, costituisce una “no rep”, cioè una ripetizione non valida.
• L’assegnazione dei punti per ogni workout si basa sul seguente principio: il
primo classificato riceve un punto, il secondo due punti, il terzo tre punti ecc..
In caso di parità di risultato nel singolo workout, gli atleti a pari merito ricevono
lo stesso numero di punti. Alla fine della competizione l’atleta che totalizza la
minor somma di punti risulta primo e via di seguito.
• Nel caso in cui due o più atleti risultino a pari punti, il piazzamento finale viene
determinato automaticamente dal sistema di classifica conteggiando il numero
di migliori piazzamenti nei singoli workout; in caso di ulteriore pari merito, il
sistema valuta il miglior piazzamento assoluto, qualora non risulti possibile
risolvere il pari merito applicando questi criteri, il miglior piazzamento viene
assegnato al team con i membri più giovani e in caso di età uguale, al team che
si è iscritto prima alla competizione (data e ora). In nessun caso sono previsti
scontri diretti di spareggio.
• Durante tutte le fasi della competizione, le prestazioni degli atleti sono verificate da uno o più giudici nominati dall’organizzazione. I giudici valutano i partecipanti sulla base delle prove prescritte in accordo con i criteri e gli standard di
movimento indicati prima dell’inizio della prova.
• Ogni partecipante deve firmare la score-card per convalidare il punteggio
assegnato dal giudice. In caso di contestazioni, il partecipante deve immediatamente presentare appello al direttore di gara, che risolverà la disputa insieme al
responsabile dei giudici. Una score-card firmata non può essere contestata e il
punteggio assegnato dal giudice risulta definitivo e inappellabile. In nessun caso
sono ammesse variazioni dopo la chiusura della classifica.
Codice generale di condotta
Accettate di competere in modo sportivo. Comportamenti non sportivi, inclusi
ma non limitati a: doping, dispute, battibecchi, litigi, commenti offensivi o altri
comportamento che possano screditare altri partecipanti o osservatori o
azioni che impediscano ad altri partecipanti di avere l’opportunità di competere, potranno essere soggetti a penalità, sospensioni, squalifica, eliminazione ed
azioni legali.
Team
Il team dovrà essere composto tassativamente
da n° 2 uomini e n° 1 donna.
Non saranno ammessi a partecipare team che non rispetteranno questi criteri.
Consenso utilizzo foto e video
Durante lo svolgimento della gara vengono realizzati foto e video da operatori
autorizzati dall’organizzazione e dagli sponsor al fine di produrre materiale
audio visivo.
Il partecipante autorizza l’organizzazione e i suoi operatori a realizzare, pubblicare, elaborare e trasmettere foto e video per tutte le attività legate all’evento,
online e offline.
Il partecipante concede all’organizzazione e ai suoi partner l’uso gratuito del
materiale foto/video che lo ritragga in qualunque azione compiuta nell’ambito
della competizione, senza doverne dare preventiva autorizzazione e senza nulla
a pretendere.
Giudici
Le qualifiche e le giornate di gare avranno più giudici scelti dall’organizzazione,
per esaminare ogni concorrente nell’esecuzione di ogni singolo esercizio.
Le decisioni dei giudici su ogni questione saranno definitive ed inappellabili.
Dati personali
I dati personali che inserisci per la registrazione verranno memorizzati e
potranno essere pubblicati per motivi comunicativi. L’organizzazione comunica
che in ogni caso si farà riferimento alla normativa sulla privacy in vigore.

Limitazione della responsabilità e annullamento
Il partecipante dichiara di essere a conoscenza dei rischi, prevedibili ed imprevedibili, connessi all’attività sportiva della competizione e di essere in possesso
di idonea certificazione medica nel rispetto della normativa sanitaria vigente.
Il partecipante assume ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità riguardo la sua persona,
per danni procurati ad altri e/o a cose a causa del proprio comportamento
durante la competizione.
Il partecipante dichiara di avere attentamente letto e valutato il contenuto del
presente regolamento e di aver compreso chiaramente il significato di ogni
singolo punto prima di sottoscriverlo.
Il partecipante dichiara di esonerare l’organizzazione dell’evento da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità, civile e penale, che possa sorgere durante le varie fasi della
competizione e durante tutti gli eventi collegati alla manifestazione.
Il partecipante accetta che l’organizzazione possa modificare le condizioni
previste per la competizione e possa annullare l’evento per motivi attualmente
imprevedibili, per cause di forza maggiore e per ragioni che non dipendono dalla
sua volontà.

Organization
The Adriatic Games Pesaro is a sports event organized by a cultural association
called ON STAGE (the registration office at Via de Nicola 3, 61122 Pesaro PU)
with the aim to promote Crossfit as a way of exercise. The 4th edition will be
held on the 22nd and 23rd of July 2017 at Campo di Marte (zone of Baia Flaminia, Pesaro).
General eligibility and the requirements of partecipation
To be allowed at the Adriatic Games Pesaro the candidates must:
• Be legally of age at the moment of registration (18).
• Accept the rules and all of the regulations on the discharge of responsibility , eligibility, risk taking and the processing of personal data.
• (If asked) Will be prepared to show valid documents to
prove their identity, age and residence.
Online qualification and registration
The 2017 edition will host 100 teams divided in three categories: 60 teams for
SCALED, 30 for RX and 10 for MASTER.The teams will be selected through an
online qualification WOD.
The registration to participate to the qualification WOD has the cost of 30€
per team. The whole system from registration, payment, qualification and
ranking will be coordinated by the platform www.leaderwod.com with a page
dedicated to the Adriatic Games Pesaro.
The registration opens on Monday the 20th of February 2017 at 12.00 and
closes on Monday the 17th of April at 00.00. The qualification will be held
from Monday the 27th of March at 12.00 to Monday 17th of April at 23.59.
The second part of the qualification
The 100 qualified teams must complete a second phase of registration through the platform www.leaderwod.com to participate to the final on the 22nd
and 23rd of July 2017 in Pesaro. The second registration costs 150€ per team
and gives you the right to participate to the competition and to pick up an
”athlete kit” that includes a backpack, event t-shirt, food supplements, our
partners gadgets and a pass for the athlete area.
Prize Money
The first three teams of every category will be rewarded with cash and equipment offered by our partners.
The first team RX: 3000€ - The first team MASTER: 1500€
The first team SCALED: 750€
The other prizes will be announced on our Facebook page.
The valutation system and ranking

The assignment of the points of the workouts is based on the fastest time, the
maximal amount of repetitions or the maximal amount of weight picked up.
For every repetition that has failed or not performed correctly following the
prescripted standards will follow a NO REP, that is a non-valid repetition.
The counting of the points for every workout is based on the following
principle: the winner team will receive one point, the second two points, the
third three points etc.. In case of a tie in a single workout the teams tied will
receive the same amount of points. At the end of the competition the team
scored with the lowest amount of points will result first and the one with the
second lowest amount results second and so on.
In case of two or more teams with the same amount of points the final
placement is automatically determined through a system of ranking counting
the best placements of single workouts. In case of further ties the system
ranks the absolute best placements. If it results impossible to separate the
placements through these criteria of evaluation, the higher placement goes to
the team with the younger members. In case of the same age the best placement goes to the team that registered first to the competition (date & hour).
Under no circumstances will there be playoff clashes.
During all the phases of the competition the performances of the teams will
be checked by one or more judges named by the organization. The judges will
evaluate the participants based on the prescripted rulebook that respects the
criteria of evaluation and the standards of movement indicated at the beginning of the test.
Every team must sign a score-card to validate the scores assigned by the
judges. In case of disputes, the team must immediately present the appeal to
the director of the competition, who will solve the dispute with the head
judge. A signed score-card can’t be disputed and if signed by the judges it
results definitive and final. Changes will not be allowed under any circumstances after the ranking is closed.
General code of the conduct
Every athlete/team admits to fair competition.
Non sporting behaviors, included but not limited to: doping, disputes, bickering,
fighting, offensive comments or other behaviour that can discredit other participants or the crowd, actions that prevent the other athletes/teams from having
the opportunity to compete can be considered matters of penalty, suspension,
disqualification, elimination and/or legal actions.
The Teams
The teams must consist of two men and one woman. The team won’t be
allowed to participate if these rules aren’t respected.
Consent of using photos and videos
During the competition photos and videos will be made by authorized operators of the organization and the sponsors in order to produce audiovisual
materials. The athlete authorizes the organization and its operators to take,
publish, elaborate and transmit photos and videos of all of the activities of the
event online and offline. The participant grants to the organization and its partners free use of the photo/video materials that portrays any action taken in the
context of the competition without any prior permission and without any
claims.
The Judges
The qualifications and the days of the competition will have several judges
chosen by the organization to examine every competitor while performing
each exercise. The decisions made by the judges will be definitive and
unappealable.
Personal Data
The personal data uploaded for the registration will be saved and could be
published for communicative reasons.The organization stated that the information provided will be treated in accordance with current privacy statements.

Limitation of liability and cancellation
The participant declares to be aware of the risks, predictable and unpredictable, connected to the competition and be in possession of suitable medical
certification in complience with current health legislation.
The participant takes full responsibility regarding themselves, possible injury
and the proper behaviour during the competition.
The athlete declares to have carefully read and considered the content of this
rulebook and to have clearly understood the meaning of every single part
before signing up.
The participant declares to free the organization of the event from all the
responsibility, civil and criminal, that may arise during the various phases of the
competition and/or during all of the events related to the event.
The participant accepts that the organization can modify the conditions set
for the competition and have the right to cancel the event for unpredictable
reasons, for reasons of force majeure and for reasons that don’t depend on
it’s will.
THE REGISTRATION FOR THE
COMPETITION DETERMINES AUTOMATICALLY
THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS RULEBOOK.
