Objectives of the workshop
 Through ad-hoc laboratories, offer the instruments for
reviewing existing policy and legal frameworks on the
governance of climate change and migratory issues;
 Build capacity of policy-makers to identify possible ways
to enhance the policies in force with a view to building an
efficient multilayered governance system at the local and
European level;
