TRASACTIONS ON OWN SHARES
Verona, January 9th, 2017. No transactions on own shares have been concluded by the
Company in the period between January 2nd and January 6th, 2017 within the limits
granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 16th, 2016 (as already communicated to
the market with the press releases of April 16th and April 18th, 2016).
Cattolica Assicurazioni holds a total of 5,720,187 own shares equal to approximately
3.28% of its share capital.
