Regatta Fee
No fee to pay to compete at the International Para-Rowing Regatta on Friday 17th
Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th of May.
Venue
The International Para-Rowing Regatta is held at the Gavirate Rowing Centre on the
Lake of Varese.
Boat Assistance
Martinoli and Swift Racing are at disposal to all teams to give any assistance
regarding Para-Rowing boats.
Boat Numbers
Numbers will be given to the teams 45 minutes before each race at Martinoli’s tent –
close to the outgoing pontoons
Circulation on the lake
A map with the circulation rules during training and races will be given to the Team
Managers.
Transportation
Transportation will be organized by the Organizing Committee for all teams, on
request:
“From / to the airport”
“From / to the hotel”
Ways to get to Gavirate
By plane:
The Gavirate Rowing Centre is situated at 20 km from MILAN MALPENSA Airport
Teams are kindly requested to use this airport.
By road:
The Gavirate Centre is 15 minutes drive from Varese town.
Directions from Highway
-
Coming from South take Milano Laghi (direction to Varese), then get the exit
“Lago di Varese – Gavirate”.
Coming from West take Gravellona Toce highway (direction to Varese), then take
the exit “Vergiate – Sesto Calende”.
By Train
From Milan at Cadorna Railway Station, take Trenord Train, direction to Laveno.
65 minutes trip and you will reach the “Gavirate” Station.
The Gavirate Rowing Centre is within 10 minutes walking distance from the Railway.
Accommodation
Participants at the International Regatta, are requested to make their own
arrangements for accommodation.

International Para-Rowing regatta entries
Entries per boats for the International Para-Rowing regatta should be submitted
before April 25th 2013 (module A)
Entries with names must be sent by May 10th 2013.
Each NF is asked to go on http://entry.canottaggio.net, to make entries directly.
Once you get inside the site, please follow instructions.
Closing Date for Classification
Nominations for classification should be submitted on the attached form. In order to
organize them properly, we would like to receive classification nominations by May
2nd , 2013.
