In the last years, the increased international competition and the exponential increase in the cost of raw materials, such as gold for jewelry, it has imposed the need
to create models such as rings, bangles and earrings in
high quality, with very thin thickness, called “filigree”;
it is for these requirements that we have realized our
series of MASTERINJECT wax injectors. The injected
wax is free of bubbles and micro bubbles, the models
produced are flawless and accurately replicate the
designed model. Our technology allows to obtain high
quality and fine products of jewelry even in the most
complicated and precious creations.
Negli ultimi anni, la maggiore concorrenza internazionale e
l’incremento esponenziale del costo delle materie prime, come
l’oro per la gioielleria, ha imposto la necessità di realizzare
modelli come anelli, bracciali e orecchini di elevata finitura e
sottilissimi di spessore, detti “filigranati”; ed è per queste esigenze che abbiamo realizzato la nostra serie di iniettori MASTERINJECT. La cera iniettata è priva di bolle e micro bolle, i

Among the most interesting
innovations in technology in the
world of wax injectors, can simplify
the operator’s work and speed up
production considerably, there is the
AUTO – START system: available for
series MI and MJ and with clamp C10
and C13.
Productivity / Produttività
Working / Funzionamento
This system (the first in the world) with automatic start, allows
to saves up until 2/3 seconds for injection cycle, ensuring a considerable increase of the production. The operator’s work is so
simplified, that machines equipped by the “AUTO -START” system are also suitable for non-expert operators.
The operator in fact, simply place the mould in the clamp, then
a sensor system allows the start of the injection cycle without
press any button. The sensors are able to prevent the closure of
the clamps and to block the injection if they feel the presence of
the operator’s hand in a dangerous position.
Questo sistema (primo nel mondo) con partenza automatica, consente di
risparmiare fino a 2/3 secondi per ogni ciclo di iniezione, garantendo un
sensibile incremento della produzione. Il lavoro dell’operatore è talmente
semplificato, che le macchine equipaggiate dal sistema “AUTO - START”
sono indicate anche per operatori non esperti.
L’operatore infatti, posiziona semplicemente lo stampo nella pinza,
quindi un sistema di sensori permette l’avvio del ciclo di iniezione senza
premere alcun tasto. I sensori riescono ad impedire la chiusura delle
pinze e a bloccare l’iniezione nel caso in cui avvertano la presenza della
mano dell’operatore in posizione pericolosa.
Tra le più interessanti innovazioni a livello
tecnologico nel mondo degli iniettori a
cera, in grado di semplificare il lavoro
dell’operatore e velocizzare notevolmente
la produzione, c’è il sistema “AUTO –
START”, disponibile per le serie MI e MJ e
con le pinze C10 e C13.

La caratteristica che rende l’MI-03 unica nel mercato è quella
di lavorare a ciclo continuo attraverso un caricatore di stampi
verticale, carico e scarico completamente automatico e
raffreddatore degli stampi integrato nella macchina. E’ il primo

The MASTERINJECT series adapts to each customer’s request, who
can easily replace in complete autonomy the clamp, so as to make
it easier for the operator’s work and make the most of injections of
different size molds. Clamps are available in three types: C10, C13
and C15. The customer can switch from the clamp C10 to the clamp
C15 simply replacing the clamp with a few gestures.
La serie MASTERINJECT si adatta ad ogni richiesta del cliente, il quale ha la
possibilità di sostituire facilmente ed in completa autonomia la pinza, cosi da
poter rendere più semplice il lavoro dell’operatore ed effettuare al meglio
iniezioni su stampi di dimensioni diverse. Le pinze a disposizione sono di tre
tipi: C10, C13 e C15. Il cliente può quindi passare da una pinza C10 fino ad una
pinza C15 semplicemente sostituendo la pinza stessa con gesti.

use of shims. Oscillating and adjustable pin for a precise
adjustment of the narrow point in the mold, able to eliminate
smudging and spillage of wax from the mold. Thanks to
the presence of thicknesses on the clamp, it is possible to
use molds of greater heights. The operator can adjust the
pressure of the clamp toward the nozzle and the nozzle
pressure to the mold. Possibility of regulating the speed of
opening and closing of the clamp.

L’operatore può regolare la pressione della pinza verso l’ugello
quindi la pressione dell’ugello verso lo stampo. Possibilità di regolare
la velocità di apertura e chiusura della pinza.

For production cycles requiring injecting in particularly large molds, however, we have thought of a
clamp with an extended plate: the C20 (plate dimensions 200x150x55 / 75 mm). The clamp requires an
increased support base, different from the standard,
in this case it is possible to perform only the interchangeability with the C15 and C13 clamp.
Per cicli di produzione che prevedono lavorazioni con stampi particolarmente grandi, invece, abbiamo pensato ad una
pinza con un piattello dalle dimensioni estese: la C20 (dimensioni piattello 200x150x55/75 mm). La pinza necessita
di una base d’appoggio maggiorata, diversa da quella standard, in questo caso è possibile effettuare l’intercambiabilità solo con le pinze C15 e C13.

pump that allows to eliminate all the air and moisture from melted
wax avoiding the formation of micro-bubbles. Made of aluminum,
thermally insulated from the environment, it maintains uniform
temperature and allows the homogeneous melting wax. Capacity

If the vacuum does not reach 100%, the injection is not performed:
the operator obtained, only perfectly successful models,
eliminating the production of waste.

Reader and writer that allows to save all the working parameters
(programs), in the TAG RFID (microchip) that can be positioned by
adhesive on the mould surface or vulcanized inside the moulds.
This technology allows a total repeatability of waxes and greatly
facilitates the operator’s work.

components are turned off, conserving power and extending the
life span of the same components.

screen l’orario e il giorno di accensione e di spegnimento
dell’iniettore. STAND-BY mode: dopo alcuni minuti di inattività

High vacuum and high-performance pump, that allows to remove
all the air from the tank and the moisture from melted wax, remove
all the air from the mould, avoiding the formation of micro-bubbles.
