Please read the following instructions carefully before completing this form.

The workshop fees amount to: 1500,00 Euros (to be defined bases on the exchange rate and airfare
taxes) - full fee and it includes: studio supplies, program fees, keynote lectures, economy class flight,
hotel accommodation (room for 2/3 people, breakfast and wifi included), private transfer
airport/hotel/airport, medical insurance.

For the international students (non EU citizenship) visa is not included.

Deadline to apply - 01/02/2017 – 4:00pm: The application form must be compiled in all its parts
and sent by e-mail to: [email protected] com with a Portfolio of 5 pages in A4 format, pdf
file (max 1 Mb), and copy of the personal ID document or passport

Candidates will be notified of acceptance by February 6, 2017.

Payment will be possible after acceptance notification. Selected students have to pay the deposit of
payment fees (500,00 euro) by February 10, 2017.
A confirmation of the wire transfer (copy of the receipt) must be submitted by e-mail to
[email protected] by February 10, 2017. If payment is not received within the timeline
specified, Polimi will treat this as a rejection of its offer and the student will not be booked on the
workshop.
Please note, the deposit fee will not be refunded in case of non-participation in the workshop for any
reason beyond February 10, 2017
