January 2017 and successfully completed placement in S.D. Standard
Drilling Plc.
On behalf of our client, Arctic Funds Plc, who participated in the
issue, reports that its stake in S.D. Standard Drilling Plc is 5.59%
(57,162,177 shares) when the new shares will be delivered on 2 February
2017, based on total 1.022.000.000 shares issued.
