ONVZ Basic Health Care Plan
Insured parties aged 18 years and above have a
compulsary excess of € 385. A voluntary excess is
also possible. Together, the compulsory and
voluntary excesses make up the total excess per
year. Insured parties under 18 do not pay a
premium for the Vrije Keuze Basisverzekering and
have no compulsory excess. It is also not
possible for them to opt for a voluntary excess.

Surcharges
If you do not take out the Vrije
Keuze Basisverzekering, we will
impose a surcharge of 50% on the
supplementary plan(s). Insured
parties resident abroad may only
take out the Privé Kamer module
of the Privé Zorgpakket.
A surcharge of 25% on the monthly
premium applies to insured parties
resident in the USA or Canada,
with the exception of the Vrije
Keuze Basisverzekering and the
Privé Kamer.
Children's Premiums
You will only need to pay a premium
for a maximum of 2 children
up to the age of 17 years for
Vrije Keuze Topfit and Superfit.
Fiscal levy
Insured parties resident abroad may
be subject to a fiscal levy.

Extra premium discount
Pay in advance for extra discount
- quarterly: 0,5% discount
- half-yearly: 1% discount
- yearly: 2% discount
Final premium
The final premium may differ by a
few cents after prices have been
rounded up.

Zorg Luxe and Zorg Assistent
