5000 Series alloys/trade brand “Peraluman”/employed for the fabrication of our quare format aluminum tile production in the various sizes (20x20, 30x30, 40x40, 50x50
cm.) with brushed and smooth finish. The principal element of the alloy is Magnesium bestowing a particular resistance against corrosion along with a good heat resistance
and excellent working ductility. Generally speaking it doesn’t require thermal aging treatment and has a good welding fusion. 6000 Series alloys/trade brand “Anticorodal”/
employed for the production of mosaics, bars and the listellos for the satin, smooth and brushed finishes. The principal elements of the alloys are Silicon and Magnesium
bestowing easy workmanship and welding properties and are suitable for internal architectural applications. The corrosion resistance is variable from alloy to alloy.
The Italian classification of the above two trade brands is of the maximum level. Our aim is to permit the use of aluminum for non conventional internal architectural
applications. The manifold uses of our mosaics, in their various finishes, offer an elegant, decorative and trendy element for today’s market requests.
Leghe della serie 5000/nome commerciale “Peraluman”/usata per la produzione delle piastre quadrate dei nostri pavimenti in alluminio nei vari formati (20x20, 30x30,
40x40, 50x50) nelle finiture graffiata e levigata. Il principale elemento di lega è il Magnesio, che conferisce doti particolari di resistenza alla corrosione, oltre a buona
resistenza a caldo ed ottime doti di duttilità e lavorabilità. In genere non richiede trattamento termico di invecchiamento e presenta buona saldabilità per fusione. Leghe
della Serie 6000/nome commerciale “Anticorodal”/usata per la produzione dei mosaici, delle barre e dei listelli nellefiniture satinata, levigata, graffiata. I principali elementi
della lega sono Silicio e Magnesio, presentano buona lavorabilità e saldabilità e sono idonee alla realizazzione di applicazioni architettoniche per interni. La resistenza alla
corrosione è altrettanto variabile da lega a lega. Per le leghe della serie 5000 e 6000, che nella denominazione commerciale italiana vanno sotto il nome di PERALUMAN ed
ANTICORDAL questa caratteristica è classificata ai massimi livelli. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di rendere l’alluminio materia per applicazioni architettoniche ad uso interno; i
molteplici utilizzi sia dei nostri mosaici che delle nostre finiture costituiscono un elemento decorativo elegante ed attuale verso le esigenze del mercato.
INSTALLATION DIRECTIONS
Lay metal mosaic sheets on the thinset and beat it with a wood or plastic pad to make it flat. Remove the plastic film soon after the adhesive drying process is finished (it
is important to peel off the plastic film diagonally and close to the surface to avoid possible lifting of the individual metal pieces).

ISTRUZIONI DI POSA
Posare i fogli di mosaico in metallo sull’adesivo steso in modo regolare con spatole dentate e livellare uniformemente lo strato di collante. Rimuovere la plastica dalla
superficie del mosaico non appena si è seccato l’adesivo di posa (è importante rimuovere la plastica protettiva diagonalmente e vicino alla superficie del metallo per
evitare l’eventuale spostamento dei pezzi).

GROUT THE JOINTS
Clean the surface with a damp sponge, not abrasive, and dry it with a clean, soft cloth. For grouting, it is recommended the use of unsanded grouts. As far as floor
installation we recommend the use of conductive adhesive types which let electrostatic charges pass in order to insulate the floor As regards further technical
information you may refer to the technical sheets concerning conductive adhesives of KERAKOLL, MAPEI, CERCOL and LATICRETE brands. As regards cladding and wall
tiling we recommend the use of a latex added thinset adhesive manufactured by KERAKOLL, MAPEI, CERCOL and LATICRETE or any other major manufacturer.

We recommend to use cleaning products suitable for metallic surfaces only or light detergents only. Do not to use strong detergents or abrasive sponges. Do not use

Raccomandiamo di utilizzare esclusivamente prodotti per la pulizia adatti a superfici metalliche o detergenti neutri. Non usare detergenti aggressivi o spugne abrasive.

We recommend to lay the mosaic sheets making sure that the adjacent sides are as shown is the picture. This is to avoid a
stonalization look after the installation. As far as the layout of the sanded tiles and mosaic sheets, please follow the direction on the
sticker applied on every single piece.
Si raccomanda di posare i mosaici satinati facendo particolare attenzione che i lati adiacenti presentino lo stesso modulo. Questo
per evitare naturali stonalizzazioni a posa ultimata. Vedere esempio di posa qui a lato. Per quanto riguarda invece la posa dei
mosaici e del pavimento levigato, prego seguire l’indicazione di posa come da etichetta sul materiale stesso.
