Fusione per incorporazione di ERG Services S.p.A in ERG S.p.A.
Genova, 27 dicembre 2016 – Si rende noto che il 21 dicembre u.s. è stato stipulato l’atto di
fusione per incorporazione di ERG Services S.p.A in ERG S.p.A., iscritto oggi presso il Registro
delle Imprese di Genova. Gli effetti della fusione decorreranno dal 1° gennaio 2017 (vedi CS del
10 novembre e del 14 dicembre 2016).
Il presente comunicato stampa, emesso il 27 dicembre 2016 alle ore 12,40 (CET), è a

Merger by incorporation of ERG Services S.p.A. into ERG S.p.A.
Genoa, 27 December 2016 – Notice is hereby given that the deed of merger by incorporation of
ERG Services S.p.A. into ERG S.p.A., signed on 21 December 2016, has been filed today with
the Companies' Register at the Genoa Chamber of Commerce. The effects of the merger
commence from 1 January 2017 (see Press Releases dated 10 November and 14 December
2016).
This press release issue at 12,40 p.m. (CET) on 27 December 2016, is available to the public at
the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the “Nis-Storage” authorised storage mechanism
(www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company's website (www.erg.eu), in the section
“Media/Press releases”.
