Predator 72 in condizioni generali pari al nuovo con scafo nero, ponte di coperta in teak ed interni in noce satinato con
divani in pelle e parquet. Leasing italiano in corso con un debito residuo a gennaio 2017 di circa 550mila euro oltre iva
ed interessi.
Durante l'inverno 2015/2016 eseguiti i seguenti lavori: rifacimento dei divani in pelle e sostituzione cieletti in ski rifacimento sunbrella tappezzerie esterne e prolunga tendalino di poppa con oscurante microforato + laterale bivalente
- levigatura parquet e trattamento teak di coperta - lucidatura completa dello scafo - doppia autoclave Gianneschi +
doppio caricabatterie Mastervolt + doppio inverter Mastervolt - sostituzione zattere, estintori, impianto antincendio e
dotazioni di sicurezza in generale - serbatoio acque grige supplementare - sostituzione icemaker, scheda A/C e piano
cottura Miele ad induzione - installazione impianto telefonico GSM Panasonic + wifi - sostituzione 100mt di catena
con diametro 12 ed ancora 50kg - sostituzione di tutto l'impianto di illuminazione interno ed esterno con modello a
led, telecomando hangar e tender lift - revisione generale generatore (2.056 ore).
Predator 72 in brand new general condition with crew on board for the whole year, black hull, teak main deck & satin
walnut interior with leather sofa & parquet. Italian leasing running on with a residual debt on January 2017 of about
euro 550.000 plus Vat, if due, and interests.
During the winter 2015/2016 the following works have been performed: new leather sofa, chairs and ski ceilings –
sunbrella outside tapestry replacement and new cockpit awning extension + micropore blind + side awning – parquet
sanding + teak treatment – full hull polishing – twin Gianneschi fresh water pump + twin Mastervolt batterycharger +
twin Mastervolt inverter – new inflatable life-rafts, fire-existinguishers, fire-fighting system and all emergency
equipment – additional grey water tank – icemaker, Miele induction stove and A/C card replacement – new Panasonic
GSM system with intercom and wifi system – new 100mt of 12mm chain + 50kg anchor – internal and external full
led lighting, hangar & tender lift remote control - generator full overhauling (2.056 h)
