you put your hand near your ear.
You use it when you say goodbye to somebody and you ask
him/her to call you later

Si compie mimando una cornetta del telefono, avvicinando
la mano a spanna all’orecchio corrispondente.
Viene utilizzato nel momento in cui due persone si salutano
dopo essersi incontrati e sta a sostituire “sentiamoci più tardi”, o appunto
“chiamami”.

Se tiene la mano delante de la frente y se mueven los dedos o
la mano de la derecha a la izquierda, sin mover la muñeca.
Significa "estás un poco loco" o sea, se usa cuando una persona hace una acción inconsiderada o que causa desacierto.
