DBRS CONFERMA TUTTI I RATING DI UBI BANCA, CON TREND STABILE
Bergamo, 25 novembre 2016 - Si informa che in data odierna l’Agenzia DBRS ha confermato, con Trend
Stabile, tutti i rating di UBI Banca tra i quali:

Issuer rating: “BBB (high)”
Senior Long-Term Debt and Deposit Rating: “BBB (high)”
Short Term Debt and Deposit Rating: “R-1 (low)”
Commercial Paper / French Certificate of deposit programmes: "R-1 (low)"
L’Agenzia ha altresì confermato l’Intrinsic Assessment di UBI Banca a “BBB (high)".
Ancorché non rientranti nella rating action odierna, si ricorda che sulle emissioni di Obbligazioni Bancarie
Garantite sono in essere i seguenti rating DBRS:
- Covered Bonds (public program): “AA (low)”
- Covered Bonds (retained program): “A”

DBRS CONFIRMS ALL UBI BANCA’S RATINGS, WITH “STABLE” TREND
Bergamo, 25 November 2016 – UBI Banca informs that today the rating agency DBRS confirmed, with
“Stable” trend, UBI Banca’s ratings, among which:

Issuer rating: “BBB (high)”
Senior Long-Term Debt and Deposit Rating: “BBB (high)”
Short Term Debt and Deposit Rating: “R-1 (low)”
Commercial Paper / French Certificate of deposit programmes: "R-1 (low)"
The rating agency also confirmed the Intrinsic Assessment of UBI Banca at “BBB (high)".
As a reminder, although not object of today’s rating action, DBRS has in place the following ratings on UBI
Banca’s “Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite” (Covered Bond) programmes:
