COMUNICATO STAMPA Procede in linea con la tempistica prevista il Progetto Banca Unica: concluse con successo le migrazioni di Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria e Banca Regionale Europea sul sistema IT di UBI Banca

Bergamo, 22 novembre 2016 – UBI Banca comunica che, in linea con le previsioni di Piano Industriale, sono avvenute con successo le migrazioni di Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria (BPCI) e di Banca Regionale Europea (BRE) sul sistema informativo di UBI Banca. Le migrazioni hanno riguardato un totale di circa 450 filiali e punti operativi, 800.000 anagrafiche di clientela, 520.000 conti correnti, 600.000 depositi titoli e hanno coinvolto circa 2.500 dipendenti nella fase preparatoria e post migrazione. E’ stata così garantita, sin dal primo giorno di attività, la piena operatività di tutte le filiali migrate, senza alcun disagio di rilievo per la clientela. Il successo delle migrazioni attesta ancora una volta la capacità di integrazione organizzativa e informatica del Gruppo UBI Banca. Con le migrazioni è stata completata l’integrazione operativa di BPCI e BRE in UBI Banca conseguente alle incorporazioni giuridiche delle medesime efficaci dal 21 novembre 2016.

Bergamo, 22 November 2016 – UBI Banca announces that the migrations of Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria (BPCI) and Banca Regionale Europea (BRE) onto UBI Banca’s IT platform were performed with success. The IT migrations concerned a total of approx. 450 branches and customer facilities, 800,000 customers, 520,000 current accounts and 600,000 custody accounts, and involved approx. 2,500 employees both in the preparatory stage and post migration. Right from the first day of activity, full operation of branches migrated was guaranteed, without any particular inconvenience to customers. The success of the migrations once again bears witness to the organisational and IT integration capabilities of the UBI Banca Group. The migrations complete the operational integration of BPCI and BRE into UBI Banca, consequent to the legal incorporation of the two Banks, effective November 21 st 2016.
