Een gemeentelijke ruimte huren in Rotterdam
1. Hoe werkt het huren van een accommodatie?
Om te beginnen, selecteer je uit het overzicht onder 2 in het gebied van je keuze het type en het adres van de accommodatie die je wilt huren. Je kunt via de
contactgegevens van de locatie per telefoon of e-mail navraag doen over de beschikbaarheid op het gewenste tijdstip (-pen). Lees vervolgens de algemene
voorwaarden (zie bijlage) goed door. Wil je de betreffende accommodatie huren, vraag dan per telefoon of e-mail een aanvraagformulier aan (zie voorbeeld contract
in de bijlage).
2. Welke accommodaties kun je huren?
De accommodaties van de gemeente die je kunt huren, zijn zeer divers: van gymzalen tot sporthallen, van vergaderruimten tot theaterruimten en van zalen tot
podia. Bovendien kun je een ruimte huren voor een eenmalige gebeurtenis of afspraken maken over wekelijks gebruik. Hieronder zijn de mogelijkheden per gebied
gerangschikt. Bij elke accommodatie vind je de contactgegevens voor meer informatie of het afsluiten van een huurovereenkomst.
