Under the regulation of the European Parliament on the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Covered Bonds issued by
Banco Popolare fall in the LCR category 2B. To be eligible as 2B, Banco Popolare will report its pool based on Article
129(7) of the CRR (Capital Regulation and Directive CRR/CRDIV) on a quarterly basis and also its overcollateralization
(OC)* level on a monthly basis.
