GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
De ROHO AGILITY hoofdsteunadaptor (Headrest Adaptor) is een optioneel accessoire bedoeld om commercieel verkrijgbare hoofdsteunen aan
het ROHO AGILITY rugsysteem (AGILITY) te bevestigen.
ROHO, Inc. raadt aan dat een clinicus, zoals een arts of therapeut met ervaring in zitten en positioneren, wordt geraadpleegd om te bepalen
of de Headrest Adaptor geschikt is voor de zitbehoeften van de gebruiker.
VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE
WAARSCHUWINGEN
• Monteer GEEN hoofdsteunadaptor op een AGILITY zonder eerst dit bijvoegsel te lezen en te begrijpen. Als u hulp nodig hebt, neem dan
contact op met uw arts, ROHO-leverancier of ROHO, inc.
• De hoofdsteunadaptor mag NIET worden gemonteerd, verwijderd of aangepast als er een persoon in de rolstoel zit.
• Controleer dagelijks de hoofdsteunadaptor op slijtage, schade en check of alles vast zit. Draai losse bouten vast, volgens de meegeleverde instructies. Gebruik de hoofdsteunadaptor NIET als er een onderdeel niet vastgedraaid kan worden of beschadigd is.
TRANSPORT MET MOTORVOERTUIG
OPGELET: Indien mogelijk moet de persoon in de rolstoel met een AGILITY worden vervoerd in een stoel die door de fabrikant werd
geïnstalleerd met gebruik van een crash-getest veiligheidsharnas.
De AGILITY met snelsluiting en de hoofdsteunadaptor werden door een onafhankelijk testcentrum dynamisch getest voor gebruik in een
motorvoertuig. De testen werden uitgevoerd volgens de norm RESNA WC-4:2012, sectie 20: Wheelchair Seating Systems for Use in Motor
Vehicles en kwam tot de conclusie dat de AGILITY met de hoofdsteunadaptor aan de criteria voor rugsteunen in rolstoelen voldoet in 5.1 van
WC20.
WAARSCHUWING: De AGILITY met hoofdsteunadaptor moet correct en goed op de rolstoel worden bevestigd, volgens alle instructies en waarschuwingen die in dit bijvoegsel en alle AGILITY-handleidingen worden vermeld.

DESCRIPTION OF USE
The ROHO AGILITY Headrest Adapter Plate (Headrest Adapter) is an optional accessory intended to be used with ROHO AGILITY Back Systems
(AGILITY) to attach commercially-available wheelchair headrests.
ROHO, Inc. recommends that a clinician, such as a doctor or therapist experienced in seating and positioning, be consulted to determine if
the AGILITY Max Contour is appropriate for the individual’s particular seating needs.
INFORMATION FOR SAFETY
WARNINGS
s DO NOT install a Headrest Adapter on an AGILITY without first reading and understanding this supplement. If assistance is needed,
contact a clinician, ROHO provider or ROHO, Inc.
s DO NOT attach, remove or adjust the Headrest Adapter when an individual is seated in the chair.
s Check the Headrest Adapter for wear, breakage and tightness daily. Retighten loose bolts following the instructions included. DO NOT
continue to use the Headrest Adapter if any of the components cannot be tightened or are broken.
MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION
CAUTION: Whenever possible, the individual in the wheelchair with an AGILITY should transfer into a manufacturer-installed vehicle
seat and use the vehicle’s crash-tested occupant restraint system.
AGILITY with Quick Release Attachment Hardware and Headrest Adapter has been dynamically tested for use in a motor vehicle by a thirdparty testing facility. Testing was conducted in accordance with standard RESNA WC-4:2012, Section 20: Wheelchair Seating Systems for
Use in Motor Vehicles and concluded that AGILITY with the Headrest Adapter meets all applicable performance criteria for wheelchair back
supports in 5.1 of WC20.
WARNING: AGILITY with a Headrest Adapter must be correctly and securely installed on the wheelchair following all instructions and
warnings provided in this supplement and in the AGILITY Back Systems Operation Manual.

Verwijder de hoes van de AGILITY om toegang
te krijgen tot de voorgeboorde gaten . Na het
bevestigen van de hoofdsteunadaptor mag de
AGILITY hoes opnieuw worden geplaatst.
