• Wireless internet is available here at the Hilton. Look for the
Hilton Meetings server and use the password ‘banqaugust’
• Poster presenters please put your posters up in their designated
spots during either the morning break or just after lunch today
• You can leave your posters up until the end of the symposium if
you wish
• This afternoon, each poster presenter will have ~1 minute to
introduce their poster
• Oral presenters: please either email me
([email protected]) your presentations or transfer
them to our computer using a thumb drive
• Presentation timer
Tuesday evening social outing
• Andrea Schumacher and myself will be going for an informal
dinner, etc, at one of the local brewpubs in Old Town Ft. Collins,
Coopersmiths
• The Hilton has a free shuttle, so anyone interested in going
please meet in the lobby and we’ll leave at 5:15 pm
• Anyone wishing to travel separately: we’ll be going to the
“poolside”, or the easternmost of the 2 Coopersmith buildings –
they serve food, brew their own beer, and have pool tables
