●Writing for Publication
Summer Session @ AIU
●Creative, non-fiction writing drawing from life experience
●Writing will focus on the kind of personal essays/poetry
published in magazines and literary journals
●The end product will be submitted for publication
●Time: 9:00am - 12:00 noon
●4 sessions
●Application and teacher recommendation due by 5-22-15.
Summer Apprenticeship Programs
● Writing the College Application Essay and Selecting the
College/University Right for You
● This 2-day workshop will explore various ways to approach writing a
college application essay. Students will brainstorm,write and review
essays.
● Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
● 2 Sessions
● Applications and teacher recommendation due by 5-22-15
