Include significant deliverables & milestones
Significant services performed or supplies delivered for you and/or any subcontractors
Limit 2000 characters: text only; no acronyms
Completion Status
Entire project period
Year 1 vs. Year 2 Awards:
If different budget numbers established for 1st year of funding vs. 2nd year of funding,
each budget is viewed as a “stand-alone” award & will require a separate PI Quarterly
Report
Budgets Currently in Advance Status:
If the budget remains in advance status, no PI Quarterly Report required
If award is received on or before 12/31/2010, a report will be required
No expenditures? Report will be autofilled (“Award recently received; no activity to report”)
Expenditures? PI will need to complete a progress report and completion status
In case the PI might not be available to submit a report for late awards, the PI should
create a draft report for his/her representative to submit
