¡Sobre yo!
Mi experiencia
• 11th year teaching!
• 6th year at Park View
• I previously taught middle school in
Chesterfield Co. in Richmond, VA.
• I love seeing the light bulb turn on
for a student who has been working
hard to understand a topic!
• My favorite part about teaching is
getting to know my students for who
they are, not just what they can do.
It’s a very rewarding profession, and
I feel honored to work at PVHS!
Mi información personal
• I grew up in Richmond, VA, where I
began taking Spanish in 8th grade and
took AP as a senior.
• I attended Randolph-Macon College in
Ashland, VA (just south of Kings
Dominion), where I spent time traveling
to Spain (twice!) and earned a
Bachelors Degree in Spanish.
• Last spring I graduated from GMU with
a Masters in Education Leadership.
• I’m very blessed with a beautiful family!
My husband and I just celebrated our
5th wedding anniversary, and we have a
super sweet and funny 14 month old
daughter, Sophia Rose, along with our
crazy dog, Scarlet, who is a Boxer.
