An acceptable SAD has been properly developed in accordance with DOE O 420.2B requirements, and has been reviewed
and approved in accordance with the SLAC internal safety review system.

aka Commissioning Plan
Appendix A: Sign-off for staff with responsibility for engineering, installation,
safety and operations to verify that all required systems are ready for electron
beam commissioning.
Appendix B: The review process used during LCLS Undulator Complex
engineering. Safety and oversight reviews are discussed, and field inspections
by Safety Officers and committees are documented.
Appendix C: Procedures and training required for operation and maintenance of
LCLS Undulator Complex commissioning.
Appendix D: Plans for beamline commissioning. Beamline component checkout,
system training for Operators and the schedule for operations, including
radiation measurements.
