• Overall methodology: Change in instrument delivery date
assumed to be from 7/14/05 to 9/28/05, so added 2.5 months
schedule at current rate (~$900K)
In addition:
• HEPL
– Incorporates pending changes in June 04 proposal to
NASA
– Adds two graduate students
– Pending review by Peter Michelson
• UCSC
– Adds students, reflects one-year reduction in budget
(change in funding source)
