Crystal Detector Element (CDE) Manufacturing - Complete
PreElectronic Modules (PEMs) - Complete
Analog Front End Electronics (AFEE) - Complete
 All flight boards complete, burned in and conformal coated.
 4 spares and 4 more for T&DF support are finishing burn in.

CAL Modules
 15 modules have been completely assembled.
– 101 - 107 have been delivered
– 108 – 110 are in TVAC chamber, pump down on Friday.
 PEMs 116 & 117 are in AFEE card installation

All required EM2 TEM/TPS for 18 CAL modules are at NRL

Use of QUAL flight TEM/TPS for FM116 or FM117 environmental
testing at NRL.
 Need next week for safe to mate for FM116 or week later for FM117

Restarting TVAC at NRL on 3/21 but without checkout of “Big
Blue” Thermal Control System
 Not needed for CAL testing – individual cold plates for each CAL and
TEM/TPS.
 “Big Blue” TCS will be checked out between CAL tests.
 Next CAL TVAC will be FM111 – FM114

Need to re-install (rent) humidity control system (dehumidification)
for work in May and June
 Approx $25K cost expected to be covered within existing budget.
