Bloomberg reports that Generation Z
inhabitants have an 8 second attention span
(down from 12 seconds ten years ago).
Perhaps this may be attributed to being uber
connected to 5 devices at once. How do you
see this as advantageous? How might this be a
challenge in the workplace? How will you
cope?
Tracy Hutton
61% of High-School students report that they
want to be entrepreneurs rather than
employees. Is there room in the firms for
entrepreneurs? Will you have to “settle” for
the other 39%? Do you believe
entrepreneurial aspirations will evolve based
on the actual size of the market for
entrepreneurs?
Kurt Roberts
Generations tend to swing back and forth like a
pendulum. Generations Y and Z are very
different, yet Millennials will become
supervisors of Gen Z’s. How will you prepare
your current junior employees to be responsive
to the new class? How can we as educators
help in this regard?
