Prepare the puff pastries
Peel the apple and chop them
Cook the butter and sugar
Combine the apple dice, cinnamon, lemon juice, corn starch
(Chill for 15minutes)
Put the apple dice & brush the egg folk
Seal the edges
Prick the pie in several places
Brush egg yolk again
Put the aluminum foil
Pre heat the oven 200 degrees for five minutes
180 degrees and bake 15~20minutes
