In addition to the
profound mystery of the
nature, it is an artificial
match.
How to Brew and Taste Tea

The proper way of brewing tea:
1. Use the tea scoop to take
some of the tea to put into
the teapot. The tea should
fill 1/4 to 1/3 of the
teapot’s volume
2. After pouring boiling
water(mixing 75~80 ℃
with green tea) into the
teapot. “ Warm and
Moister Mixing”---without drinking the first
brewing.
3. For the second brewing, boiling water is again
poured into the teapot. However, for each serving
normally wait about 15 to 20 seconds more over the
last serving for tea to set down.
Notice of the Tea Brewing and Tasting
1.Teapot, teacups teakettles and teas should be kept
away from coal, smoke, greasy and other odors.
2. Each tea types should not be over steeped. Tea leaves
and tea liquor should be separated, and drinking it
immediately after each brewing.
3. If the leaves are steeped in tea liquor for too long, they
will release excessive amount of teas of tannic acid
and caffeine, affecting the taste of tea
4. Teapots and cups should be cleaned and dried for next
use
