UoMGuide System The system consists of 2 main components: the Bluetooth Sensor System the Central Navigation System BLUETOOTH 特色 藍芽技術同時具備語音和資料傳輸的能力 傳輸速率為1Mbps,實際資料有效速率最高可達 721kbps 傳輸距離約為10公尺 支援多個藍芽設備互相連接 BLUETOOTH 優點 低功率 低成本 安全性較佳 缺點 距離較短 速率較慢 SYSTEM METHODOLOGY Location positioning for UoMGuide system characteristics are: 1. Layered and Modular deployment 2. User mobility support 3. Maintainability and updates 4. Extensibility and Scalability 5. Collaboration and context-sharing SYSTEM METHODOLOGY SYSTEM METHODOLOGY CONCLUSION We have presented Bluetooth technology as a cost-effective solution for location positioning. We have developed an interoperable UoMGuide LBS application with message delivery to enable the use of spatial information to guide visitors.
