College to College Transcripts
Benefits
• Cost efficient
• Instant electronic delivery between Oklahoma Colleges and
Universities, Technology Centers, and Oklahoma’s Promise.
Current recipients include:
• OSU-Stillwater, Rose State College, SWOSU, Cameron
University, Moore Norman Tech Center, and Oklahoma’s
Promise.
Requests from Colleges
• Colleges will be able to
request transcripts from one
another through the college
to college transcript
exchange as well.
• The Control Center contains
the features to request a
transcript from another
college.
• Only Colleges participating
in the college to college
transcript exchange will be
able to request transcripts
from other colleges.
Control Center Features
• Click Application Processing
on the main menu.
• In the College Transcripts
section of the submenu,
click Transcript Dashboard,
Send Transcripts or
Received Transcripts to
display the screens shown
here.

• To activate the feature in
the Control Center, the
colleges should go to
Outreach> Prospect
Preferences from the menu
bar.
• Once the colleges have
their preference set to Yes,
they can download
contact lists of
OKcollegestart users who
have requested to be
recruited.
