Eligibility Documentation
• Sign 4-page application to self-certify that live in
Pinellas County and no other transportation is
available for life-sustaining trips
• Proof of Household Income required, such as
Access Florida benefits (Food Stamps, AFDC….)
• Door-to-Door trips primarily for work trips outside
of bus hours & areas or medical trips when doctor
states will be unable to use bus
• Annual eligibility re-certification

• 1 staff 20% TD, 20% ADA, 60% Connector
• 1 staff is lead with contractors: 80% ADA, 20% TD
• 1 staff does CTC Site Visits & TD A/P = 10%; 90% ADA
• I do Mgmt.: CTC + TD = 50%, ADA = 50%
