Online In-Transit Tracking



In the Circ client, staff can view specific tracking
information.
To/From/Routing Date information displays in the
dialog box.
To/From shows both the specific Happening
locations and the Database cluster name.

Circulation Functionality

With the item record displaying, click the “Item”
option in the menu bar.
From the drop-down menu, choose “In Transit
Details…”

The system uses the OPAC Display Name of your
Circulation Happening locations to show the route to/from
locations [routing locations].
Many libraries have left this value blank. If the OPAC
Display Name is not defined in your database you won’t
see the routing locations in the In-Transit Details dialog
box.
Libraries can define this PRIOR to UPGRADE.
Go to: System Administration/System/Locations. Choose
your Circ Happening Location(s) and edit.
