Patient Information System

Draw a context level and zero-level DFD for a
patient information system. A doctor will
receive a patient report containing
information about the patient. The system
accepts patient information to add a new
patient, find an existing patient’s information,
update and existing patient’s information and
deletes patient records if needed.
