FRONT ENTRANCE.
REFASTEN EXISTING WALL LANTERNS ON
EITHER SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE DOOR.
THE FIXTURES ARE CURRENTLY NOT
SECURELY FASTENED TO THE MASONRY.
GENERAL
•THIS IS AN UNDERGRADUATE FRATERNITY RESIDENCE THAT WILL BE MINIMALLY OCCUPIED FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE
TO COORDINATE SCHEDULE WITH OWNER, MAINTAIN EGRESS AND POST APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE. CONTRACTOR SHALL MOVE, COVER, PROTECT AND CLEAN ALL
FURNISHINGS AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
•THIS BUILDING IS ON THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE – NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES.
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL COORDINATION
•ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) RRP REQUIREMENTS. ALL CONTRACTOR
PERSONNEL WORKING ON THE PROJECT SHALL BE CERTIFIED BY THE EPA FOR LEAD BASED PAINT ACTIVITIES.
•GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROPERLY REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF LEAD CONTAINING MATERIALS IN THE OWNER'S LEAD DUMPSTER IN COMPLIANCE WITH EPA,
OSHA, AND WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY'S LEAD BASED PAINT REQUIREMENTS.
•ALL NON-LEAD MATERIALS SHALL BE DISPOSED OF IN THE CONTRACTORS SUPPLIED DUMPSTER.
